History and service record of V270
- Launch. The V270 was launched with the 1640E in early 2009 as Gehl's vertical-lift skid steer, rated at 1,230 kg lift capacity and 3.3 m lift height, described by Gehl as the best in its class and also sold through its Mustang brand. A V270 GEN:2 with a Tier 4 Yanmar 72 hp diesel followed. New skid steer loaders from Gehl, KHL, 3 February 2009.
