CASE 621FXT to 821B specifications

The 621FXT record needs the tool-carrier configuration

CASE's original CCE201201621F sheet identifies the XT as an integrated tool carrier, with a coupler-equipped bucket configuration. Its operating weight includes the specified cab, counterweight, tyres, fluids and operator. The earlier 174.2-pound transcription is rejected below; it cannot describe the complete loader or support the old horsepower-to-weight result.

The manufacturer's XT performance columns distinguish JRB-compatible and ACS-compatible couplers, along with cutting-edge and teeth-only buckets. Those columns have different reaches and dump clearances. Use the complete matching column when checking a truck-loading task; a coupler designation alone does not identify every dimension of the bucket installation.

The same sheet explicitly labels the smaller tank as DEF, with usable capacity separately stated. Diesel fuel has its own tank entry. A seller's fluid-capacity list should preserve those compartments rather than combining their quantities or calling both diesel capacity.

Its maximum-mode net torque also has a stated engine speed. The correction below keeps that speed with the torque measurement instead of using the speed from another power-mode row.

The 721C's XT and XR letters identify different linkage geometry

The CASE 21C training document distinguishes parallel-arm XT machines from extended Z-bar XR machines. The plain 721C uses Z-bar geometry. These are attachment and linkage differences, rather than interchangeable trim descriptions for one bucket rating.

Its automatic bucket functions use separate proximity detectors for return-to-dig, transport position and unloading height. The hydraulic locking switch cuts pilot supply to the attachment levers. A loader with inactive bucket commands therefore needs the lockout state identified before its symptom is described as a failed implement pump.

The transmission cut-out is another independent control: when enabled, the left brake-pedal switch commands it. That is different from the automatic/manual shift selection and the downshift button. Note which control is active when a drive complaint occurs during loading; the presence of a working bucket kickout does not establish transmission behaviour.

The training document's stability table also separates straight-ahead tipping from the articulated condition. Its tyre, counterweight and attachment conditions stay with those figures. An articulated loading job should not borrow the more favourable straight-ahead value.

Keep the later F engine edition separate

The later Tier 4 Final 621F sheet names F4HFE613W, while the original Interim sheet here names F4HFE613Z. Their alternator specifications also differ. The later publication is useful for identifying an offered machine, but it should not silently replace this Interim record's engine, electrical or equipped-weight conditions.
