The F4GE-powered SK210LC here matches the American Acera Mark8 brochure, not every later excavator carrying an SK210 badge. That book identifies H and S digging modes, B for one-way breaker flow and A for demolition attachments using two-way flow. Auxiliary piping and the independent rotation-pump arrangement appear among the options.

A mode switch alone does not establish that the plumbing required by a particular attachment is installed.

The cooler layout is another useful inspection detail. Its radiator, hydraulic oil cooler and intercooler sit side by side, allowing separate removal. The brochure specifically describes radiator removal without draining the hydraulic circuit.

A clogged screen, damaged core and missing guard can therefore be checked as separate items.

Bucket selection has limits beyond the headline capacity. The Mark8 chart distinguishes general, heavy and severe-duty buckets, arm lengths and material-density classes. Some large bucket-and-long-arm combinations are marked unsuitable.

The lift notes require accessory weights to be deducted and distinguish front ratings from side ratings. Use the chart for the installed front and shoes.

The early SK200SRLC has a longer carriage than SK200SR

The original English SR-Series brochure separates those two undercarriages even though their Isuzu engine and upper structure share many specifications. SK200SRLC has 49 shoes per side against 46 on SK200SR. Its tumbler spacing and complete crawler length are longer.

The same shoe width therefore does not produce the same overall machine width.

Its weight table also names the boom, arm and bucket basis. Wider shoes change both mass and ground pressure within each carriage column. A weight from that publication should keep its arrangement label; it does not automatically replace the retained American 200SR LC reference entry.

The SR brochure’s optional Auto Idling Stop is tied to the raised safety-lock lever. Ordinary auto-deceleration and an installed idling-stop option are different features. The brochure also distinguishes H, S and FC fine-control modes from the Mark8’s attachment-mode labels.

The Japanese Gran Beetle launch has its own configuration

Kobelco’s February2000 launch announcement describes a Japanese 200SR whose rear overhang is 210 mm beyond the tracks. It separately states a 3,990 mm working-space requirement during a half-turn. Those measurements explain the compact rear design, but neither establishes clearance for every attached tool or the long-carriage American version.

Keep the machine’s full suffix and configuration with any quoted dimension.
