Cat TH0642 to TH1255: telehandler
History and service record of TH0642 to TH1255
- Launch. Caterpillar launched its next-generation telehandlers on 7 January 2025: the TH0642, TH0842, TH1055 and TH1255 replace the TL642, TL943, TL1055 and TL1255, with a rear-view camera, operator-presence seat switch and rear-axle stability safety as standard. Next generation Cat telehandlers, Caterpillar, 7 January 2025.
- Launch. Caterpillar launched its next-generation telehandlers on 7 January 2025: the TH0642, TH0842, TH1055 and TH1255 replace the TL642, TL943, TL1055 and TL1255, with capacity from 6,000 lb and 42 ft lift on the TH0642 to 12,000 lb and 55 ft on the TH1255; sales were expected from Q2 2025. Caterpillar launches next generation Cat telehandler models, Caterpillar; Caterpillar unveils new generation of telehandlers, Equipment World.
- Earlier TL line. The TL models the TH line replaces first launched in 2005 and were built by JLG, the US access machine maker owned by Oshkosh Corporation. Caterpillar confident in its new line of telehandlers, Construction Briefing.
