History and service record of 2946 to 2956A

  • Launch of the 2900 Series. Hesston by Massey Ferguson presented the 2900 Series round balers in a release dated 4 September 2013: the MF2946 (4 by 6 foot bales) and MF2956 (5 by 6 foot bales), each with auto-tie or Auto-Cycle, a redesigned rotor feeder, the Quad Cylinders System for belt and bale tension, a C1000 monitor and a single 5.5 inch tailgate roller, with factory-set baler, hydraulic and belt-tracking settings after 35 minutes of testing.
