- Bale size and power. A dealer's product page says the Massey Ferguson 2250 large square baler makes 0.8 m by 0.9 m (3 by 3 foot) bales, needs a minimum of about 150 horsepower at the PTO, and follows the MF 2150. Massey Ferguson MF 2250, Big Bale South.
- Automatic lubrication. The same page says the MF 2250 has the AutoLube system supplying automatic lubrication to 24 knotter points as standard, with accessible service points, and that it has been superseded in the current line by the MF LB2233. Massey Ferguson MF 2250, Big Bale South.
