Zoomlion QY100H-3 specifications
QY100H-3 lifting charts distinguish the counterweight arrangement
Zoomlion's original technical specification separates a fixed-counterweight lifting chart from a chart using movable and fixed counterweights together. Both identify fully extended outriggers. The movable weight has its own lifting cylinder for fitting and removal. Establish the installed counterweight arrangement before selecting a chart; a QY100H-3 badge does not establish which chart applies.
The main boom length and the maximum no-jib lifting height are different measurements in that publication. Likewise, the fly-jib chart distinguishes its length and offset angle. An advertisement quoting maximum height cannot by itself answer what load can be handled at the required radius.
The chassis description identifies a six-axle carrier with separate steering and driven-axle arrangements. It also distinguishes travelling deadweight from kerb mass. Keep that mass condition with a transport enquiry instead of treating either entry as the payload that the crane can carry on the road.
The superstructure's load-sensing pump and proportional pilot controls are managed with a PLC-based pump adjustment system. This concerns the lifting machinery; it is separate from the carrier's electronically controlled ZF transmission. A report of a slow lifting function should identify which engine and control system was operating.
Original Zoomlion QY100H-3 technical specification: counterweights, chart conditions, dimensions, carrier and lifting controlsThe OM906 superstructure engine is separate from the OM502 carrier engine
The manufacturer's QY100H-3 engine schedule names OM906LA.E2/5 for the upper machinery and OM502LA for the carrier, with separately listed emissions variants. The corrected engine-make entry identifies Mercedes-Benz. Zoomlion remains the crane manufacturer; it is not the maker of the named OM906 engine.
Mercedes-Benz's 2003 OM906 operating instructions describe unit pumps, with short high-pressure lines to the nozzles. They also separate the engine-resident MR controller from the equipment-related FR controller or ADM. The controllers exchange information over CAN.
That is more specific than describing this engine merely as electronically injected.
For identification, that manual locates the engine plate at the rear on the right beneath the exhaust manifold. The engine data card records the equipment originally delivered; later changes are not added to that card. Compare the installed equipment with both records when arranging engine service.
The same instructions mark cold-start aids as optional equipment. A manual illustrating a flame-start system does not establish that the crane being inspected has that system. Identify the actual starting installation before interpreting a cold-start complaint or ordering its components.
