John Deere 5100MH to 6430 specifications
High-crop clearance, standard 6030 service scope and the 6115M test record
A 5100MH is selected for crop clearance, while the standard 6230, 6330 and 6430 require their own drivetrain documentation. The intervening 6115M also has measured PTO results that differ from an engine-speed number. Keep those three questions separate when comparing this group: clearance, service configuration and tested output.
A standard 5M photograph does not establish the MH installation
Honeycombes' 5100MH listing identifies the high-crop model with cab or open-station configurations, creeper speeds and an economy PTO mode. Its accompanying notice explicitly says that some illustrations show standard tractors. Use the high-crop specification and the actual machine when checking axle clearance or operator access.
The page's hitch discussion separates mechanical from electrohydraulic controls. A depth stop sets a repeatable lowering position; it does not identify the size of the lift cylinders. Larger cylinders are discussed separately.
Establish which hardware is fitted before using a hitch-capacity entry from a neighboring 5M model.
That regional listing also carries a worldwide-feature qualification. Its FT4 engine discussion must not silently replace the older Interim Tier IV record retained in this comparison. Match the emission label and engine installation first.

Deere's TM400819 preview explicitly covers the standard 6230, 6330 and 6430 alongside the 7130 and 7230. Its contents separate SyncroPlus, PowrReverser and PowrQuad service sections. Identify the transmission before ordering repair information; those sections describe different assemblies.
The preview also lists front-wheel-drive clutch, rear PTO, hydraulic-pump drive and selective-control-valve sections separately. A tractor that loses implement response should retain that distinction when a technician records symptoms. A heading in this preview establishes document scope, not a diagnosis or a replacement-parts instruction.

The Nebraska booklet separates PTO output at rated engine speed from output at standard PTO speed. Its 6115M FWA column pairs horsepower with the engine speed at which it was measured. The earlier entry copied that speed into the power field.
The corrected row now names the measurement condition, while the rejected entry remains below for traceability.
